Kathy Boockvar is the founder and president of Athena Strategies which advises and collaborates with organizations, academic institutions and government officials to strengthen our democracy, fortify election security, and amplify understanding and civil discourse about elections in the United States. 

As Pennsylvania Secretary of State from 2019 – 2021 and earlier as Senior Advisor to the Governor on Election Modernization, Kathy strengthened election security and voter education across the state and oversaw safe, secure, and accessible elections.

Kathy will discuss our election systems and why the people, the science, and the math of our election administration can give us all confidence in the security and integrity of our elections.
