Amy Widestrom, PhD (she/her)
Amy holds a B.A. from Oberlin College and an M.A. and PhD from Syracuse University. She has also been the recipient of several awards, including the 2016 American Political Science Association’s Clarence Stone Scholar Award, a Brookings Institution Research Fellowship, and an American Political Association Congressional Fellowship in 2008-09, when she worked for the Senate Committee on Banking, Housing and Urban Affairs as the nation worked to recover from the 2008 economic crisis.
Before joining the League, Amy was a faculty member at Arcadia University and Chair of the Department of Historical and Political Studies.

Brianna Rybka (she/her)
Brianna graduated from Oregon State University in 2021 with a Master’s of Public Policy and a Graduate Certificate in Sustainable Natural Resources, along with a B.S. in Political Science earned in 2017. Before joining the League, she was a Climate Action Organizer at NextGen America, where she cultivated partnerships, trained volunteers, and promoted voter registration drives.

Jackie Roos (she/her)
Operations & Program Coordinator
Jackie Roos has a B.A. from Randolph-Macon Woman’s College and a M.A. from Union Theological Seminary, an affiliate of Columbia University. After graduating, she spent a few years working at the Women’s Prison Association in New York City, before making the leap into the tech sector to support C-suite leaders and their teams.

Ifeoluwa Ayandiji
Ifeoluwa Ayandiji graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington in May 2024 with a Bachelor’s in Criminology and a minor in Gender, Women, and Sexuality Studies. She is currently pursuing a Master’s of Public Administration at the University of Pennsylvania. Ifeoluwa works as a fundraising specialist for a small nonprofit organization and contributes as a writer for a newspaper company, combining her passion for advocacy and communication in her professional endeavors.

Rachel Kim (she/they)
Communications & Operations Fellow
Rachel Kim is pursuing a B.A. in Public Relations with a minor in Journalism from Temple University. Additionally, Kim is enrolled in an accelerated graduate program (4+1) for a Master of Public Policy (MPP) at Temple University. Before joining the League, she was a digital marketing intern at Susan G. Komen, where her passion for communications, advocacy, and DEIB in the nonprofit sector began to flourish. Kim is excited to bring her passion and experience to the League as a Communications & Operations Fellow.

Michael Brian Bach (he/his)
Michael Brian Bach is an MPA Candidate at the University of Pennsylvania's Fels Institute. After graduating from Ohio State University in 2019, Michael spent 5 years with AmeriCorps' City Year program as both a corps member and an Impact Manager. He possesses leadership/management, data analysis, and communications experience. Michael is passionate about public service, democracy-building work, and achieving equal outcomes - not just equal opportunity.

Emily Rollman
Communications & Engagement Fellow
Emily Rollman is an MPA Candidate at the Fels Institute for Government at the University of Pennsylvania. A Pittsburgh native and alum of Tulane University of New Orleans, Emily is excited to be back in the Commonwealth after five years in DC working at the intersection of public affairs, government relations, reputation management and external communications. Her unique lobbying experience and ability to both lead and lend support in team situations coupled with strong writing capabilities, sense of fairness, creative passion and out-of-the-box ideas, deep interpersonal skills, and a genuine interest in preserving democracy and promoting civic engagement lends itself well to the Communications & Engagement Fellowship position with PA Chapter of the League of Women Voters.
