Sign Up to Work the Polls this Election Season!

We need your help this election season!

Poll workers are the foundation of our democratic system. Without those individuals who are willing to make a commitment to their communities, counties, and country it would be impossible for elections to be held.

As part of our Poll Worker Project, the Committee of Seventy and the League of Women Voters of Pennsylvania will offer nearly 30 information sessions on serving as a poll worker in advance of the April 23, 2024 primary election.

These 60-minute virtual sessions aim to supplement the required trainings by Pennsylvania counties, covering the basics of working the polls in Pennsylvania and giving additional details on important procedures. In addition to providing general information, there will also be sessions on serving as a poll watcher, the e-poll books used in Philadelphia, and open-ended Q&A.
