Open Primaries in Pennsylvania

Closed primaries are problematic, sending candidates to the November general election who were chosen by a small number of voters – the party base. Diana Dakey of the League of Women Voters of Lackawanna County will give an update on the LWVPA advocacy effort to open Pennsylvania primaries.
