LWVPA Local League Support Committee

The Local League Support Committee is available to all members of the League of Women Voters of Pennsylvania.

There are many matters of leadership and organization that arise in the course of League work. We believe in our members' potential and that it is enhanced through access to resources, reflection, and mentoring.

This committee is a place where members may seek intervention and resolution on governance, DEI issues, and other concerns. The committee strives to address challenges and opportunities in confidence. Please see our process here.

The Committee’s goal is two-fold:

1. Assist local Leagues with capacity building (e.g., governance, leadership development, nonpartisanship, parliamentary procedures, etc.); and

2. Assist local Leagues in building equity and responding to and working through DEI issues.
