The Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative (RGGI) was published this morning in the PA Bulletin, making RGGI law in Pennsylvania.

As we celebrate Earth Day today, let’s honor this achievement by environmental advocacy groups in Pennsylvania. It is an incredible step forward in reducing carbon emissions in our state.

While we stop to acknowledge this achievement, we still have work to do to make sure that the millions of federal dollars that will come to Pennsylvania will be spent on Frontline communities and environmental sustainability to create alternative energy jobs and a cleaner environment for all Pennsylvanians.
