LWVPA Launches Nonpartisan Candidate Forum

The League of Women Voters of Pennsylvania is pleased to announce the launch of a pre-recorded virtual candidate forum, viewable here.

All candidates for the offices of U.S. Senator for Pennsylvania, Pennsylvania Governor, and Pennsylvania Lieutenant Governor were invited to participate in a pre-recorded interview. Ahead of the May 17 primaries, these interviews are designed to help Pennsylvania voters better understand their candidates’ policy priorities.

This forum was supported by our nonpartisan partners the NAACP of Pennsylvania, PA Youth Vote, Common Cause Pennsylvania, Committee of Seventy, Pennsylvania Voice, Asian and Pacific Islander American Vote, and Disability Pride Pennsylvania.

Candidates’ messages and priorities are anticipated to reach thousands of Pennsylvania voters.

The League of Women Voters of Pennsylvania reminds voters that TODAY, May 2nd, is the deadline to register for the May primaries. Voters are encouraged to use our nonpartisan Vote411 Voters’ Guide. Vote411 is a one-stop shop to register to vote, learn about candidates, learn about upcoming debates and forums, and find local polling places or ballot drop boxes.

Vote informed, and make your voice heard!
